Circuit Court is AFESTs new application and support dedicated to changing behavior.The Circuit Court application is a 12-week course combining cognitive exercises, social challenges and Workplace Training Actions (AFEST) to be carried out to validate your skills.This application is intended for anyone registered with Pôle Emploi and integrated into a rapid return to work process via a program called Circuit Court.A two-step journey:A quick preparation in the center to regain self-confidence, get into action and prepare to integrate training in a company.A period of in-company training with learning situations on a specific job and in tension.Throughout the course, digital coaching helps you find and develop your social and cognitive skills and your self-esteem in order to get you moving again.This application was designed by Othis Formation, Humans Matter and Hello Elton.OTHIS TRAINING is an innovative training organization focused on the ability of individuals to act in order to rebuild their professional trajectory with them.HUMANS MATTER is an international cognitive design company that designs individual and collective development paths centered on the capacity to act.HELLO ELTON designs platforms integrating the best of all human-related scientific disciplines: cognitive sciences, psychology and pedagogy.Competence is defined as a persons ability to act (know how to act) and to accomplish complex tasks (problem solving, decision-making, project implementation, etc.) while mobilizing the necessary resources (disciplinary know-how and technical) in various contexts (environmental control).The capacity to act is defined as the capacity of an individual to intervene on himself, others and on the world; it is the fact of being able to initiate actions according to a pursued objective, to set oneself in motion to interact effectively with others and ones environment.
